Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate services for client projects to guarantee timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality outcomes.

• Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closure of eCOA project activities.

• Collect customer requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Create and sustain study documentation, reporting, equipment distribution, and archival processes.

• Track study timelines, budgets, revenue forecasts, changes in scope, and invoice reconciliation.

• Identify risks associated with studies, formulate mitigation strategies, and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Manage both internal and external communications as well as contractual commitments.

• Address customer concerns through effective problem-solving and issue tracking.

• Act as the primary project management contact for operational readiness concerning new product initiatives.

• Present study services during investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and discussions with clients.

• Assist in business development, initiatives for revenue growth, and provide training for new project management team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent blend of education and proven project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or a related sector.

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in support of clinical research, pharmaceutical development, or similar healthcare programs.

• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and the pharmaceutical drug development lifecycle.

• Experience in managing project budgets, forecasting, scope modifications, and financial tracking activities.

• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities while ensuring exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking software.

• Clario Project Management Certification is mandatory, depending on the line of business.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% and possess a valid passport for international travel.
