Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the gear, logistical, and financial elements of all shows in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.

• Cultivate robust partnerships with Representatives through prompt, precise, comprehensive, and proactive communication.

• Deliver complete show details, equipment availability information, appropriate substitutions, verified project confirmations, system compatibility, and accurate Nexus status.

• Oversee project communication as the main point of contact for Representatives and support departments such as Labor, Transport, Sub-Rentals, and others.

• Interact with clients to address equipment shortages and logistical challenges.

• Submit Nexus orders for confirmation with as much advance notice as feasible.

• Relay new customer billing details to Accounting for setup in Nexus and Sage.

• Create cost-effective solutions, manage project and operational expenses, and inform Representatives of labor, transport, sub-rental, purchase, shop opening, trucking, and miscellaneous costs.

• Reduce project index costs through gear substitutions, reductions, index-change communication, and minimized prep days.

• Serve as a secondary client liaison for gear selection, substitutions, logistics, transport, labor, technical information, and client orders.

• Oversee the recovery of missing gear, track lost equipment with Rental Administration and Representatives, communicate related costs, and assist with returns to shops or owners.

• Knowledge of equipment substitution and system compatibility.

• Skills in project and cost management.

• Ability to coordinate across functions.

• Capability to manage several projects and competing deadlines.
