Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee site teams, offering clear guidance, motivation, and support to achieve project goals efficiently.

• Create thorough project plans, manage resources, and coordinate activities to guarantee timely and successful project execution.

• Promote effective communication and collaboration among engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operational service teams.

• Track progress and provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.

• Handle project budgets, expenditures, and report on financial performance, ensuring accurate forecasting and target margin achievement.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential project risks; adjust plans as necessary to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and mobilization through execution, commissioning, completion, and post-project review.

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to reach project objectives.

• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards across the UK.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably within the HVAC or construction-related industry in comparable building environments.

• Ideally possess knowledge of HVACR or a similar industry.

• Experience in managing refurbishment, modernization, construction, or turnkey projects.

• Proficient in using MS Project or similar project scheduling software.

• AutoCAD experience is preferred.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• UK Driving Licence.

• Willingness to travel regularly to project and customer sites across the UK.

• Proficient in IT with MS Office skills.
