Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Oversee project management tasks, including planning, the development of work breakdown structures, and managing change control.

• Control project scope throughout all stages of the project life cycle.

• Keep precise program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status reports updated.

• Ensure that project milestones are successfully achieved.

• Lead the execution of multiple projects or manage a comprehensive program.

• Serve as the primary communicator with both internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, solutions, and prioritization.

• Engage professionally with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.

• Draw insights from project retrospectives and incorporate lessons learned into future initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project management.

• More than 3 years of proven experience in executing full-cycle ERP implementation projects.

• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP implementations.

• Experience with the SuiteSuccess methodology.

• PMP certification is advantageous.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

• Proactive and self-driven.

• Capability to deliver high-quality results while adhering to deadlines for both internal and external clients.

• Location requirement: Panama.
