Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide project teams to successfully execute multiple concurrent projects across various business and technology domains.

• Oversee resources, timelines, and the quality of deliverables throughout the entire project life cycle: discovery, analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.

• Manage projects that involve onboarding new clients or adding products for current clients.

• Discuss project specifications based on clients’ statements of work, including data file standards, data elements, and file transmission protocols.

• Create a shared understanding of timelines, milestones, and delivery expectations with both internal and external teams.

• Develop and sustain detailed project plans utilizing project management software.

• Facilitate weekly client status meetings and monitor, plan, and report on implementation progress, hours spent, and expected go-live dates.

• Evaluate project challenges and devise solutions to achieve productivity, quality, and customer objectives.

• Oversee change requests to avoid unauthorized modifications and prevent scope creep.

• Communicate effectively with third-party providers and manage client expectations.

• Handle revenue and profit responsibilities for projects under direct management.

• Offer consultative guidance and address any conflicts or concerns with clients.

• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of project outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in comprehensive management of medium to large scale technical/SaaS projects.

• Demonstrated success as a leader, independently managing complex initiatives with external customers and internal stakeholders.

• Experience in managing SaaS projects and/or IT projects, with the capability to discuss both technical and business project requirements.

• Critical thinking skills to analyze complex scenarios and independently determine the best course of action.

• Strong skills and experience in issue resolution, with the ability to influence team members and stakeholders, as well as conduct challenging negotiations.

• A strong sense of urgency and a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines for project deliverables.

• Ability to quickly grasp organizational structure, a variety of product offerings, and product configuration options.

• Capability to proactively identify and address project risks and issues.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional written and oral presentation skills for conducting client and status meetings.

• Familiarity with project management tools to operate effectively under tight timelines.

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on technology or business, or equivalent education/experience.
