This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee all aspects of the assigned client programs.
• Recruit, mentor, and organize evaluators for mystery shopping evaluation projects.
• Utilize Apollo, Prism, and ShopMetrics online platforms along with external resources.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time completion.
• Provide clients with consistent project updates via their preferred communication channels.
• Cultivate client relationships and offer ongoing verbal and written communication and feedback.
• Manage client reporting requirements.
• Track overdue evaluations and projects and reschedule as necessary.
• Assess completed shop reports for compliance with project objectives, validation of details, and identification of missing or incorrect data.
• Collaborate with quality control/editing staff or contractors to guarantee quality and prompt delivery.
• Submit revised reports to clients ahead of deadlines.
• Stay informed about trends and developments in clients’ industries and corporate landscapes.
• Handle client invoicing and billing, ensure timely payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Engage in team and company meetings.
• Periodically update client location and manager records.
• Execute other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Proven proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculating evaluator fees, deductions, and bonuses.
• Capability to quickly learn BARE’s proprietary database systems, including navigation of web-based databases.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a professional context.
• Active listening skills and the ability to seek clarification as needed.
• Ability to articulate facts in writing using concepts and language that resonate with the reader.
• Understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
• Capacity to solve problems and devise creative solutions using available resources.
• Experience in managing multiple projects at various stages within a deadline-oriented environment.
• Initiative to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and resourcefulness.
• Established record of achieving excellent results with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to gain trust and respect through honesty and professionalism.
• Skill in diplomatically managing challenging interpersonal interactions.
• Proven history of contributing positively to team dynamics.
