Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Define and estimate translation and localization projects for designated clients

• Organize and oversee projects to ensure they meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints

• Cultivate client relationships and act as the main daily point of contact for clients

• Offer assistance and insights to internal teams and clients, including guidance on the localization process

• Work with global production teams to develop, execute, and sustain client- or project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists, and instructions

• Verify the accuracy of financial project data, workflows, schedules, and processes to enhance efficiency and profitability

• Address questions and resolve issues promptly and effectively for both clients and internal teams

• Schedule and engage in client meetings

• Maintain comprehensive project oversight, assign tasks, manage conflicts and emergencies, and create alternative solutions when necessary

• Guarantee final project quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in localization is essential

• At least 3 years of project management experience required

• Proven expertise in industry-related tools (CAT, OCR, TMS, etc.)

• Capability to perform under pressure in a deadline-focused environment

• Strong skills in customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving

• Demonstrated self-motivation and adaptability to work independently, within a team, and under supervision

• Consistent and professional communication with clients and internal teams

• Keen attention to detail

• Exceptional organizational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities

• Skill in providing clear directions and guidance to a small team

• Ability to collect basic production data for QBRs or other client reporting
