This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Evaluate and provide quotes for translation and localization projects for designated clients.
• Strategically plan and oversee projects to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints are met.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships, acting as the primary daily point of contact.
• Offer support and insights to both internal teams and clients, including educating them on the localization process.
• Collaborate with international production teams to develop, implement, and uphold client- or project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists, and guidelines.
• Ensure the precision of financial project data, workflows, schedules, and processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Address questions and resolve issues promptly and effectively for both clients and internal teams.
• Organize and take part in client meetings.
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of projects and delegate tasks to Project Coordinators or other team members.
• Manage issues, conflicts, and emergencies, devising alternative solutions as necessary.
• Guarantee final project quality, timely delivery, and overall client satisfaction.
• Collect basic production data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) or other client reporting.
• Experience in localization is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience is required.
• Proven familiarity with industry-related tools, such as CAT, OCR, and TMS.
• Capability to perform under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong skills in customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and adaptability to work independently and collaboratively, including under supervision.
• Consistent and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to provide clear instructions and guidance to a small team.
