Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead technology projects ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.

• Coordinate development teams and ensure the proper technical execution of solutions.

• Define architecture and oversee the complete development cycle of applications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and incidents related to projects.

• Promote best practices in development, continuous integration, and automation.

• Oversee deployments and DevOps processes.

• Participate in the technical and functional planning of new initiatives and enhancements.

• Act as a liaison between business and technology.

• Coordinate strategic initiatives and ensure their correct technical execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Lead, or in a similar role.

• Experience leading technical teams and software development projects.

• Strong knowledge of AWS.

• Strong knowledge of Java.

• Strong knowledge of microservices architectures.

• Strong knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems).

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database.

• Strong knowledge of React.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines.

• Strong knowledge of DevOps and deployment automation.

• Experience in the Logistics and Transport sector is a plus.

• Experience in cloud-native environments is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) is a plus.

• Certifications in AWS, PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum will be considered an advantage.
