This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create and manage project timelines and action-tracking logs to oversee milestones, dependencies, and deliverables associated with testosterone screening and treatment expansion efforts.
β’ Collaborate across related program initiatives to ensure that tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.
β’ Assist the Task Order Program Manager and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) in preparing monthly Contract Status Reports, Contract Budget Trackers, and facilitating Task Order meetings.
β’ Maintain the contract document repository on SharePoint, including organizing contract-year folders, personnel tracking lists, invoice documentation, and budget trackers.
β’ Aid in the onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors, including tracking compliance with VA Talent Management System (TMS) training.
β’ Organize and lead working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making forums, managing all logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
β’ Maintain logs for risks and issues, monitor mitigation strategies, and provide regular updates to leadership regarding risks, issues, and impacts on scope.
β’ Coordinate resources, oversee task assignments, and track progress to ensure accountability and timely completion of deliverables.
β’ Create executive-level status reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for program, project, and initiative leadership.
β’ Keep project files organized with version control to facilitate systematic document storage and retrieval.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of experience in program or project management, ideally supporting federal health agency initiatives.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
β’ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
β’ Proven experience in developing schedules, risk/issue logs, and status reports for federal health program offices.
β’ Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Project, or similar tools for tracking milestones and managing documents.
β’ Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to marketing trends and technologies.
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
β’ Capacity to manage competing deadlines effectively.
β’ Experience in supporting complex projects and transformation initiatives within the federal government.
β’ Comfort with managing intricate client relationships.
β’ Eligibility to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
β’ Legal authorization to work in the United States.
β’ Strong critical thinking, analytical, and time management skills.
β’ Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and collaborate effectively with others.
β’ Capable of articulating thoughts, ideas, and solutions clearly in both written and oral forms.
β’ Ability to remain composed under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.
