Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Oversee various mobile game projects at different phases of development.

• Collaborate closely with international partner studios and internal publishing teams.

• Ensure team alignment, manage timelines and risks, and prepare projects for important milestones from integrations to release.

• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and studios.

• Facilitate project delivery and act as the primary communication link between external studios and the publisher.

• Track deadlines and commitments, proactively address issues, and escalate risks as needed.

• Handle App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including build uploads, platform requirements, and app transfers.

• Coordinate partner onboarding and internal SDK integrations.

• Streamline publishing workflows and processes.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure visibility.

• Report directly to the CPO.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–4+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in mobile game development, ideally within publishing.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development.

• Strong comprehension of the complete mobile game development and publishing lifecycle.

• Practical experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console.

• Solid understanding of Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban) and practical experience with contemporary task trackers.

• Knowledge of key game product and marketing metrics, such as LTV, Retention, and ROAS.

• Proficient in English — B2+ level, with confidence in both written and verbal communication with international partner studios.
