Project Manager

📋 Description

• We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic individual who can make valuable contributions to Oracle projects within an Agile framework.

• Develop comprehensive project plans and execute them while adhering to time, budget, and resource limitations.

• Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure that deliverables are in alignment with the established timeline, scope, and budget.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage task interdependencies and facilitate successful project completion.

• Generate and deliver weekly project status updates to stakeholders.

• Prioritize multiple projects during team planning sessions to enhance resource utilization.

• Lead and ensure the successful execution of Oracle and other CRM implementation projects.

• Oversee teams tasked with application design, development, and support for Oracle-related initiatives.

• Ensure that systems fulfill defined business expectations, supervise appropriate testing, and monitor performance in collaboration with development teams.

• Cultivate a positive, collaborative team atmosphere and celebrate shared achievements.

• Be a self-driven, proactive team member with a strong sense of ownership.

• Utilize strong problem-solving abilities and adhere to established project standards and methodologies.

• Lead and manage comprehensive Oracle solution implementations.

• Supervise the delivery process from initial design to production support for Oracle-related projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in project coordination and management roles, particularly focused on Oracle implementations.

• Functional expertise in Oracle applications, along with a thorough understanding of business processes and system functionalities.

• Proficient in fundamental project management practices, including management of issues, risks, escalations, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance.

• Practical experience in delivering Oracle projects through various project management methodologies, with recent exposure to Agile environments.

• Successfully overseen the implementation and enhancement of Oracle applications in accordance with established business requirements.

• Skilled in defining business requirements, drafting user stories, and contributing to detailed system and functional design processes; integration experience is advantageous.

• Experience in developing and maintaining support documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base materials.

• Background in application support with familiarity in ITIL-based support frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including facilitation, stakeholder presentations, and negotiation abilities.

• Consulting Cloud Certification or relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
