Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of project management for enterprise launches utilizing Alpaca’s brokerage APIs.

• Work collaboratively with external product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders to define, plan, and implement integration timelines.

• Liaise with internal teams including BD, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, and customer success to address issues and allocate resources effectively.

• Organize weekly check-ins with partners, drive action items, and ensure progress towards deliverables.

• Monitor and report on project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and partner stakeholders.

• Assist partners in navigating KYC, AML, and regulatory disclosure onboarding requirements.

• Document processes and enhance onboarding frameworks for future integrations.

• Advocate for the customer internally and provide partner context to leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Relay partner feature requests to technical teams and assist with prioritization.

• Aid the success team with integration strategies and new-product guidance.

• Develop internal and external resources for both partners and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise-level business project management.

• Proficient in process, analysis, design, and documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both English and Chinese-speaking clients.

• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Willingness to work with customers globally.

• Interest in FinTech, financial markets, and investing applications.

• Experience with tools such as Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, and Google Workspace.

• A startup mindset with an adaptable approach.

• Background in sales and customer success, focusing on enhancing the customer experience.

• Experience in training and enablement.

• Knowledge of brokerage/stocks and cryptocurrency.

• Familiarity with Metabase.

• Experience with modern APIs, including REST, WebSockets, and Server-Sent Events.

• Background in enterprise software implementations.

• Technical troubleshooting capabilities.

• Previous experience with issue management in JIRA and API logging tools.

• Understanding of Postman and curl requests.
