This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee and coordinate the delivery of projects from inception to completion, which includes developing the Project Charter and Project Plan, facilitating team meetings, monitoring tasks and issues in an Action Log, tracking milestones and deliverables, managing risks, and planning contingencies, as well as conducting lessons learned sessions upon project completion.
β’ Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
β’ Continuously set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
β’ Assign tasks and responsibilities to suitable personnel.
β’ Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
β’ Recognize and manage project dependencies and the critical path.
β’ Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using the appropriate tools.
β’ Create and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
β’ Proactively manage changes in project scope, anticipate potential crises, and develop contingency strategies.
β’ Define success criteria for the project and communicate them to all parties involved throughout the project life cycle.
β’ Conduct project postmortems and generate recommendation reports to highlight both successful and unsuccessful elements of the project.
β’ Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in a technical or healthcare field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
β’ Alternatively, 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare or business, with a significant focus on managing IT or technology deployment projects.
β’ Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or actively pursuing it.
β’ 2+ years of prior experience in project support with relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Exceptional communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
β’ Familiarity with project management tools and/or software applications.
β’ Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
β’ Ability to quickly adapt and respond to changes in the environment and priorities.
β’ Capability to gain cooperation from senior management and other departments.
β’ Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
β’ Team player who collaborates effectively and learns swiftly.
β’ Detail-oriented with a capacity to exhaust all resources when troubleshooting issues.
β’ Customer-focused approach.
β’ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; accountable and diligent in addressing various issues.
β’ Excellent time management skills.
β’ Up to 50% travel required, including overnight stays.
