This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Strategize, implement, and complete projects following AirStrip's project management framework.
• Oversee and guide the project delivery process from inception to conclusion.
• Develop the Project Charter and Project Plan.
• Facilitate team meetings and monitor tasks and issues through an Action Log.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
• Execute risk management and prepare contingency plans.
• Hold lessons learned sessions at the conclusion of projects.
• Convey project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Establish and oversee project expectations.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Identify and address team issues and conflicts throughout the project.
• Determine and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Organize and schedule project timelines and milestones using suitable tools.
• Create and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Administer changes in project scope and recognize potential crises.
• Define and communicate the criteria for project success.
• Conduct project postmortems and compile recommendation reports.
• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in a technical or healthcare field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Alternatively, 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare or business, with substantial experience managing IT or technology deployment projects.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or actively pursuing certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in project support or equivalent education and training.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Ability to swiftly adapt to changes in environment and priorities.
• Capability to gain cooperation from senior management and other departments.
• Proven track record of self-motivation and independent work.
• Team player who collaborates well and learns quickly.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to utilize all resources for troubleshooting issues.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; takes ownership and follows through on various issues.
• Effective time management skills.
• Up to 50% travel, including overnight stays.
