Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation, migration, rollout, and enhancement initiatives for the AddTax solution.

• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensure adherence to Addvisor’s established methodology.

• Act as the main communication liaison for clients, senior management, and stakeholders.

• Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams.

• Lead the team in root cause analysis, solution development, documentation, testing, and operational transition.

• Facilitate status meetings, executive steering committees, and operational alignment discussions.

• Assist with pre-sales activities, including scope estimation and design, as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA projects.

• Technical and functional expertise in Purchase-to-Pay processes.

• Strong understanding of Waterfall and SAP Activate project methodologies.

• Excellent, clear, and executive-level communication abilities.

• Proactive, dynamic, and adept at fostering robust client relationships.

• Proficiency in advanced English and/or Spanish (preferred).

• PMI certification (preferred).
