Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Spearhead and execute technology projects from inception through to successful completion.

• Oversee comprehensive project delivery, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

• Administer project scope, budget, resources, schedules, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

• Create project plans, project charters, milestones, and status reports.

• Handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Solid experience in managing project scope, budget, resources, schedules, and quality.

• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

• Capability to effectively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

• Experience in developing project plans, project charters, milestones, and status reports.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

• Strong presentation and reporting abilities.
