Project Manager, Animal Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead the gathering, analysis, documentation, validation, and prioritization of business requirements for integration and commercial technology projects.

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to comprehend objectives, processes, challenges, and opportunities.

• Conduct interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements review meetings with stakeholders.

• Analyze existing and future business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization.

• Facilitate alignment among business teams, Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, integration teams, and external vendors.

• Support demand intake, conduct business impact assessments, refine backlogs, prioritize tasks, plan releases, and evaluate solutions.

• Assist with testing and user acceptance activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts to ensure smooth delivery and transition to internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, and prioritizing business requirements.

• Capability to translate business objectives, processes, challenges, and opportunities into actionable requirements.

• Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements review meetings.

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business specifications.

• Experience in analyzing both current-state and future-state business processes.

• Skill in facilitating communication among business teams, Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, integration teams, and external vendors.

• Experience in supporting demand intake, business impact assessments, backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and solution evaluation.

• Experience in assisting with testing and user acceptance activities, requirements traceability, solution validation, and business readiness.

• Ability to produce and maintain business requirements, process maps, workflow diagrams, traceability matrices, UAT materials, and knowledge transfer artifacts.
