Project Manager and Pavement Asset Management Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee pavement-related initiatives on road and motorway infrastructure projects, ranging from initial design and detailed design to tender documentation and on-site technical support.

• Offer pavement expertise for projects within Ingérop’s Urban and Transport Infrastructure division.

• Contribute to innovative approaches in maintenance and preservation.

• Manage selected projects with a primary focus on pavements, maintenance, and upkeep.

• Enhance pavement and maintenance knowledge within Ingérop, collaborating with other business units.

• Aid in business development efforts within the pavement sector.

• Support project directors during technical discussions with clients and partners.

• Engage in travel several times each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or a general engineering degree from a prestigious engineering school with a focus on pavements.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a consulting engineering firm, research lab, or construction company.

• Familiarity with various materials utilized in heavy-duty pavement structures, including their properties and performance metrics.

• Expertise in pavement design and structural calculations.

• Understanding of pavement defects and deterioration processes.

• Proficiency in pavement design software such as Alizé.

• Strong attention to detail and flexibility.

• Ability to instruct and share knowledge, actively listen to teams, and maintain a supportive presence.
