Project Manager, AI & Consulting

📋 Description

• Plan, oversee, and evaluate project execution while adhering to scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Lead comprehensive project lifecycle management utilizing Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies.

• Manage project scope, requirements, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and modifications.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration.

• Guarantee transparent communication, consistent reporting, and thorough project documentation.

• Monitor financial indicators of the project, including revenue, utilization, margin, and budget performance.

• Identify delivery risks and proactively deploy mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate estimation processes, project planning, and resource forecasting.

• Support the onboarding, motivation, and professional development of project team members.

• Recognize opportunities to expand existing engagements and create new business prospects.

• Engage in workshops, discovery phases, solution discussions, and proposal development.

• Assist in pre-sales activities and aid in acquiring new AI projects.

• Advocate for AI-driven methodologies, automation, and delivery optimization practices.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to execute AI and digital transformation initiatives.

• Play a role in shaping new business opportunities and the expansion of the AI practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management within IT services, software development, or technology consulting.

• Demonstrated experience in managing software development projects throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Experience working directly with international clients and stakeholders.

• Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Proficient in managing project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and resource allocation.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, QA specialists, and business stakeholders.

• Understanding of software development processes and cloud-based solutions.

• Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, or Intelligent Automation solutions.

• Experience in pre-sales activities, estimations, discovery phases, or proposal preparation.

• Ability to identify customer business needs and translate them into delivery opportunities.

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of profitability, utilization, margin, and customer value creation.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
