This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Oversee assigned projects, encompassing project plans, budgets, and resource needs.
• Recognize and implement project management methodologies and tools, such as charters, scope management, budget oversight, risk/issue management, and communication strategies.
• Formulate and implement work plans while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Monitor project progress and generate internal reports along with necessary project documentation.
• Prepare and disseminate project communications to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess personnel, process, and infrastructure requirements, and collaborate to ensure the maintenance of suitable systems and reporting mechanisms.
• Independently create project deliverables and work products, as well as those developed under guidance.
• Offer project and business planning support, along with administrative assistance.
• Organize project logistics, including meetings, progress updates, conferences, conference calls, and appointments.
• Record and transcribe meeting minutes, place material orders, and track funded project budgets.
• Gather and evaluate both qualitative and quantitative project data, summarize conclusions, and share results effectively.
• Assist with regulatory and reporting responsibilities, such as IRB updates and reports for funding agencies.
• Manage communications and relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions in small groups.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• No specific prior experience is necessary.
• Capability to coordinate projects, including project plans, budgets, resource allocations, risks/issues, and communications.
• Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Skill in preparing reports, project documents, communications, and deliverables.
• Competence in organizing meetings, conferences, conference calls, and appointments.
• Ability to write, edit, and present both written and verbal communications effectively.
• Aptitude for facilitating discussions in small group settings.
• Additional compensation may be available, including differentials for shifts, on-call duties, or weekend work.
