Project Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess project plans generated by AI, along with status reports, stakeholder communications, and various project artifacts for their quality and precision.

• Conduct side-by-side comparisons of AI-generated responses based on planning thoroughness, feasibility of execution, and relevance to stakeholders.

• Analyze project management scenarios that involve decisions related to scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and procurement.

• Offer expert insights to evaluate and enhance advanced AI systems.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in roles such as Project Management Specialist, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator, or a similar project management position.

• Proven experience in coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross-functional initiatives.

• Availability to commit 20 or more hours per week.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Must reside in the USA.

• Currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.
