Project Management Principles for Business – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer expert guidance to a cohort of 30–35 undergraduate students enrolled in online programs.

• Assist students with academic writing, research methodologies, and effective time management strategies.

• Advise on pertinent reference materials to enhance learning.

• Facilitate a 2-hour online session on either Monday or Tuesday.

• Evaluate assessments and deliver comprehensive feedback.

• Oversee and manage discussion forums.

• Provide timely, personalized support to address student inquiries and concerns.

• Aid in project planning, prioritization, and execution utilizing appropriate project management tools and methodologies.

• Encourage ethical practices and sound decision-making within diverse project settings.

• Communicate with students through email, phone calls, and online sessions from a location that suits you.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline, with a focus on Project Management.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of corporate experience in relevant sectors.

• At least 2 years of teaching experience in related fields.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Access to a functioning laptop.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection (>10 MBPS).

• Quick adaptability to learn and utilize technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac.

• Availability on Monday/Tuesday for online sessions between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM IST.

• Capacity to respond to student inquiries via email within 6 hours after lectures throughout the week.

• An empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing personality, eager to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
