Project Management Officer – PMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and consistently enhance standardized procedures, standards, and governance frameworks.

• Assist in project initiation, including defining roles, escalation models, and providing templates.

• Organize, oversee, and integrate project management for timelines, resources, costs, and KPIs.

• Compile, update, and consolidate reports for projects, programs, and portfolios.

• Generate decision-making information for management and stakeholders.

• Track risks, action items, dependencies, and forecasts.

• Ensure uniform documentation and quality standards across all initiatives.

• Facilitate kick-off meetings, planning sessions, reviews, steering committees, and project completions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of traditional, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies, along with project governance principles.

• Experience in PMO settings, project oversight, reporting, or cross-program coordination.

• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS365, Jira, Confluence).

• Capable of presenting intricate project information in an organized, clear, and audience-appropriate way.

• Exceptional organizational and structuring abilities, with a keen focus on quality and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with project leaders, management, and stakeholders.

• Proficient in both German and English languages.
