Project Management & Automation Specialist – Python, Microsoft

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect and comprehend client processes and requirements pertaining to project management.

• Develop intricate automations utilizing Python.

• Assist and educate users, encouraging engagement with the new platform.

• Document configurations, best practices, and operational manuals.

• Aid the client with loading project data.

• Offer support for project portfolio management.

• Organize information, monitor deliverables, and promote alignment among involved areas.

• Integrate project management, technology, and process automation through a consultative, hands-on approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in project management, planning, and control.

• Expertise in scheduling, WBS, critical path, baselines, physical progress, resources, costs, and performance indicators.

• Practical experience with MS Project.

• Understanding of portfolio and program management, PMO, and project governance.

• Familiarity with predictive, agile, and hybrid methodologies.

• Proficiency in Python for process automation, data processing, and system integration.

• Capability to develop scripts for reading, transforming, validating, and consolidating data.

• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and libraries for manipulating Excel files.

• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and application integration.

• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables; VBA knowledge is a plus.

• Experience with SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, and site structure.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly integration between Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Project.

• Experience in building integration workflows among MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, and corporate systems.

• Ability to work with relational databases, structured files, and APIs.

• SQL knowledge is an advantage.

• Substantial experience leading engineering and construction projects.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker / Power Automate RPA Developer (preferred).

• Microsoft Certified: Project Operations Functional Consultant (preferred).

• Python certification (preferred).

• PMP or CAPM (PMI), or certifications in agile methods (Scrum Master) (preferred).

• Proficient in technical English.

• Strong instructional and user-support abilities, with the capacity to deliver training.
