Project Management Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, setup, execution, and conclusion of clinical studies

• Ensure compliance with study timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

• Maintain comprehensive study documentation, CTMS records, contact lists, trackers, logs, and study files

• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers, Clinical Research Managers, and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)

• Coordinate communications related to studies, including meetings, agendas, minutes, presentations, and newsletters

• Assist with vendor management, processing investigator payments, tracking invoices, and financial reconciliation

• Support the preparation of regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and document translation activities

• Manage study logistics, supplies, and activities related to investigator meetings

• Serve as a primary point of contact for study teams and sponsors

• Promote effective collaboration and communication

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) or in another entry-level position within a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO), such as ICON, PPD, IQVIA, or Syneos Health

• Eager to pursue professional development, embrace new challenges, and advance in one's career

• A genuine interest in progressing towards a career as a Project Manager

• Proficient in Excel, including the ability to manage multiple trackers and spreadsheets

• Familiarity with using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros

• Interest in utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and generate innovative ideas

• Strong English communication skills
