Project Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee digital and technology initiatives related to website and system development, APIs, and integrations.

• Direct collaborative efforts with development, database, and infrastructure teams, ensuring streamlined workflows, prioritization of needs, monitoring of deadlines, and tracking delivery progress.

• Engage directly with clients to facilitate business and project meetings, provide status updates, and ensure alignment on project scope, requirements, risks, and subsequent actions.

• Plan and coordinate projects, which includes the development and oversight of schedules, briefs, roadmaps, flowcharts, documentation, and other supporting materials.

• Collect requirements and serve as an intermediary between clients and technical teams, converting business needs into actionable execution guidelines.

• Monitor deliverables, including quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and deployment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing technology projects and leading technical teams.

• Demonstrated experience in managing projects with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in handling cross-border projects.

• Proficient in requirements gathering, testing, and deployment processes.

• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, including Scrum, and PMBOK standards.

• Fluent in English.

• Preferred experience in product management.

• Knowledge of Figma, Miro, and various project management tools is preferred.

• Understanding of information security is a plus.

• Advanced or fluent Spanish is preferred.
