Project Management Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Support the progression of projects as Gainwell aids clients in achieving enhanced health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation.

• Oversee one or more large project management teams by deconstructing extensive technological programs and facilitating project staffing.

• Drive project planning, monitoring and supervision of assigned personnel by establishing direction and deadlines.

• Engage with clients, company representatives and project team leadership, evaluating and sharing project metrics and statuses.

• Suggest program modifications as necessary.

• Develop project schedules, program definitions, budgets, and objectives throughout all phases.

• Manage projects involving non-direct reports by identifying risks and executing mitigation strategies.

• Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) and support proposal initiatives and business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in managing intricate projects, programs, or initiatives through the complete project management lifecycle.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Medicaid or Medicare is preferred.

• Proficient in project management methodologies, such as Catalyst or holding a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.

• Contemporary knowledge of budget development, control, and assurance techniques.

• Familiarity with project management software tools.

• Capability to convert broader program goals into precise and attainable project scopes and milestones.

• Competence to train, guide, and mentor junior staff members.

• Exceptional executive presentation abilities.

• Skill in conveying project priorities and inspiring both direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to take action.
