Project Management Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Support the progression of projects as Gainwell aids clients in achieving improved health and human services results through technology and innovation.

• Oversee one or more substantial project management teams by segmenting larger technological initiatives and aiding in project staffing.

• Lead project planning, monitoring, and supervision of designated team members.

• Provide guidance and establish deadlines to guarantee the quality and timely fulfillment of tasks.

• Engage in communication with clients, the company, and project team leadership.

• Assess and disseminate project metrics and status; suggest program modifications as necessary.

• Develop project timelines, program definitions, budgets, and objectives throughout all phases of the project.

• Manage projects involving non-direct reports by escalating risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

• Prepare comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) and support new proposal initiatives and business development efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in managing intricate projects, programs, or initiatives throughout the complete project management life cycle.

• At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid or Medicare is preferred.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Catalyst or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Current knowledge of budget development, control, and assurance techniques.

• Familiarity with project management software.

• Capability to convert broader program goals into explicit project scope and milestones.

• Ability to lead, train, guide, and mentor junior staff members.

• Strong skills in executive presentations.

• Proficiency in communicating project priorities and inspiring direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to take action.
