Project Leader – Consumer Complaints Platform Deployment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of the Consumer Complaints platform across around 20 markets.

• Direct deployment activities that engage with local markets, including mapping processes and collaborating with key stakeholders.

• Develop compliant local operating procedures that adhere to legal, privacy, regulatory, and business standards.

• Ensure consistency among local, regional, and central processes.

• Assist markets in achieving operational readiness for reporting product quality complaints and managing consumer complaints.

• Guarantee that consumer interactions and complaints are effectively managed and documented throughout the implementation process.

• Promote cooperation between local teams and central functions, fostering effective communication and the sharing of knowledge.

• Aid in change management initiatives and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements.

• Prepare markets for the transition to the forthcoming business-as-usual operating model.

• Demonstrated experience in project management, especially in market-facing deployment initiatives.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and facilitation.

• Background in customer service, customer care, or consumer-oriented service operations.

• Knowledgeable about consumer complaint resolution and case management systems.

• Comprehension of privacy, compliance, and regulatory obligations.

• Experience in multilingual and multi-market settings.

• Involvement in process enhancement projects.

• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and a willingness to embrace new technologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
