Project Leader – Claims Distribution and Repricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Execute new initiatives within the Claims Distribution and Repricing Department.

• Organize projects and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.

• Oversee project initiation, timelines, meetings, and continuous communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with department leadership to gain insights into existing operations and procedures.

• Collect information on departmental workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement in processes and SOPs.

• Propose methods for enhancing systems, procedures, and processes.

• Act as the main point of contact for project implementation.

• Relay project-related updates to both internal teams and external partners.

• Offer guidance on improving systems, procedures, and processes.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Prior experience managing substantial amounts of data and proficiency in processing it.

• Strong analytical abilities to enhance workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Proficiency in Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Excel is essential.

• Advanced computer skills along with knowledge of databases and software systems.

• Capability to gather and analyze complex data.

• Excellent spreadsheet skills.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong business acumen.
