This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Supervise the financial performance metrics related to the HMIS contract scope of work at the Richland, Washington location.
• Facilitate cross-functional integration throughout business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial planning and streamline business processes.
• Assist in budget creation and management.
• Oversee the financial performance of projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks, as well as escalate issues impacting timelines or financial results.
• Document project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Maintain independence from execution roles to uphold the integrity of planning, monitoring, and control.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project controls.
• Work with the contracts organization to ensure fiscally responsible execution.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager, Directors, and functional leads across Finance, Accounting, Contracts, and other corporate departments.
• A Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Capability to pass a background and drug screening.
• Must possess identification compliant with the Real ID Act at the time of hire.
• Must be able to secure a Department of Energy access badge.
• Proficient in data analytics, reporting tools, and dashboard development using Power BI, Excel, and other business intelligence tools.
• Ability to analyze and interpret intricate financial data.
• Advanced expertise in Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
• Competence in developing, managing, and monitoring budgets.
• Experience with project controls processes and project management software is preferred.
• Must be able to travel by vehicle or aircraft and operate a motor vehicle safely.
• Must meet the specified physical requirements, including repetitive keyboarding and lifting objects up to 10 pounds regularly.
• Must comply with federal regulations regarding controlled substances.
• Ability to successfully complete and pass a federal background check investigation for the required HSPD-12 PIV credential.
