This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Adhere to safe work protocols and comply with company and client safety policies and procedures at the worksite.
• Coordinate the onboarding process upon receipt of Award Notices.
• Monitor outstanding project leadership assignments and executive reviews prior to final setups.
• Review accepted estimates for accuracy and confirm project details, scope, and parameters against contractual agreements.
• Assemble and produce formal Project Setup Forms utilizing validated estimate metrics and project information.
• Input approved project estimates into Procore to set baseline project budgets.
• Confirm and review cost codes across various platforms to ensure alignment between accounting frameworks and field tracking.
• Forward verified Project Setup Forms to the corporate Job Setup Team for implementation in NetSuite.
• Secure budgets and cost codes across Procore and NetSuite to avert billing discrepancies.
• Engage in cross-training for Tier-1 Procore Support Specialist roles, encompassing user provisioning, basic troubleshooting, and tool access.
• Offer temporary administration support for the Procore platform during the absence of teammates.
• Work in collaboration with Account Executives, Project Teams, and the central Job Setup Team to facilitate swift transitions from sales to operations.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A degree or coursework in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
• Procore Certification(s) (e.g., Procore Certified: Associate, Core Tools) is desirable but can be obtained upon hiring.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience using Procore in an operational role is favored, though not obligatory.
• Experience in construction estimating, costing, budgeting, or related project financial workflows is advantageous.
• A background in business technology, software support, database management, or general platform administration is beneficial.
• Basic experience in data entry or database management is required.
• Exceptional accuracy in data transfer, cost code mapping, and validation of multi-line item budgets is essential.
• Ability to strictly adhere to sequential workflows while preserving data integrity is crucial.
• Professional tact is necessary when addressing incomplete project information from Sales or Project leadership.
• Competence in identifying discrepancies, verifying accuracy, and upholding high-quality standards across detailed project documentation and system records is needed.
• Must be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds is required.
• Must be capable of regularly carrying and climbing ladders up to 20 feet.
• Ability to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if necessary is essential.
