Project Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Supervise technical operations across a region that includes several hubs or field offices.

• Direct the activities of Assistant Technical Coordinators, technicians, site operatives, and trainees.

• Implement biodigester installations in accordance with global quality standards.

• Facilitate regional collaboration among technical, commercial, and credit teams.

• Oversee regional technical training initiatives.

• Manage significant system installations following a clearly defined Project Management Plan (PMP).

• Take responsibility for overall technical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the region.

• Ensure the team complies with health and safety regulations.

• Perform quality control audits on installations.

• Organize and coordinate team training sessions.

• Lead the recruitment process for technical team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A technical degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Agricultural, Biology, or Chemistry.

• 2-3 years of experience in managing teams and field operations.

• Proficient in computer applications, including Word and Excel.

• Basic knowledge of database management, such as Salesforce.

• Experience in biogas preferred.

• Strong team management abilities.

• Effective planning skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with SAP B1 is preferred.
