This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Define and manage the strategic influence of a multi-country, donor-supported program.
β’ Identify the nature and extent of program outputs and outcomes in accordance with organizational values and donor objectives.
β’ Guide project management teams on resource distribution across countries and workstreams.
β’ Enhance program impact, ensure value for money, and optimize commercial performance when applicable.
β’ Cultivate and sustain relationships with senior donors.
β’ Lead conversations with current and prospective donors to broaden or extend the program.
β’ Promote technical methodologies and collaborate with leadership on resource allocation and budgeting.
β’ Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to senior OSINT analysts, investigators, and communications experts.
β’ Assess key outputs, question assumptions, and direct analytical and communication strategies.
β’ Create a cohesive, collaborative multidisciplinary team across various countries and fields.
β’ Supervise the Monitoring and Evaluation framework, including the Theory of Change, Results Framework, and data collection and synthesis processes.
β’ Ensure that risk management incorporates team insights and aligns with organizational risk-register requirements and donor reporting timelines.
β’ Demonstrated experience as a confident manager and leader of diverse, senior teams in dynamic, high-pressure, multi-country settings.
β’ Proven capability in adaptive management and fostering a productive working culture where team members collaborate effectively and consistently achieve high-quality deliverables.
β’ Strong experience in networking, stakeholder relationship development, and management, including with government agencies and other senior institutional players.
β’ Experience overseeing projects in complex or conflict-affected environments, with adept use of adaptive program risk management.
β’ Knowledge of OSINT methodologies and their application in intricate contexts.
β’ Extensive experience in strategic communications, including narrative formulation, audience comprehension, and countering harmful narratives in support of policy or program goals.
β’ Familiarity with donor-funded initiatives centered on information integrity, counter-disinformation, CVE/PCVE, or related areas.
β’ Experience in conflict-affected or fragile scenarios, with an understanding of political, media, and cultural dynamics.
β’ Proficiency in German is a plus.
β’ Availability to work within UK/EU time zones.
