This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the interconnected health of various projects within a portfolio.
β’ Balance resources, risks, and performance objectives to enhance overall business value.
β’ Establish and refine long-term project strategies.
β’ Anticipate challenges driven by market conditions, technology, and customer needs.
β’ Act as the primary escalation point for cross-functional obstacles.
β’ Address complex issues that span engineering, manufacturing, and field operations.
β’ Align both internal and external stakeholders towards a shared long-term vision.
β’ Cultivate executive customer relationships and facilitate resolution of cross-portfolio issues, claims management, and project execution.
β’ Mentor high-potential Project Managers and functional leaders.
β’ Provide constructive feedback and career coaching to develop a sustainable leadership pipeline.
β’ Advocate for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and scalable best practices.
β’ Guide teams in influencing without authority and developing soft skills.
β’ Promote psychological safety, emotional intelligence, team well-being, and resilience.
β’ Champion LEAN and Kaizen principles to enhance value streams.
β’ Optimize Estimates at Completion and Cost-to-Come projections.
β’ Drive margin maximization by managing cash flow, revenue, and invoicing cycles.
β’ Lead negotiations for complex change orders and vendor claims.
β’ Manage the portfolio Risk & Opportunity register and assess overall project risks.
β’ Uphold EHS and quality standards.
β’ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
β’ Over 10 years of experience managing mega-projects or intricate portfolios within the Energy or large-scale infrastructure sectors.
β’ Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable, and sustainable project strategies.
β’ Demonstrated experience in talent development, coaching project teams, and fostering a high-performance culture in a matrixed organization.
β’ Established track record of identifying systemic issues and implementing solutions across interconnected workstreams.
β’ Advanced capability to represent the organization at the C-Suite level, facilitate high-stakes negotiations, and manage sensitive customer communications.
β’ Legally authorized to work in the United States.
