This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of strategic capital expenditure (CapEx) and renovation initiatives throughout the Belmond portfolio.

• Lead both internal and external project teams to successfully deliver intricate programs on schedule, within financial constraints, and up to high-quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate with the Development Team to assess prospective new properties.

• Provide operational and technical insights to facilitate portfolio growth.

• Advocate for industry-leading project management methodologies and innovative design practices.

• Direct and manage project teams while evaluating and enhancing major and minor capital initiatives, budgets, scheduling demands, project scope, and deliverables.

• Develop or supervise detailed project plans, encompassing scope, budget, and timeline, in conjunction with internal stakeholders and external collaborators.

• Support Project Leads and property Engineers in the successful delivery of projects.

• Inspire and manage both internal and external stakeholders.

• Supervise the formulation of project budgets.

• Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior leadership team members, property senior leaders, and direct managers.

• Conduct frequent design evaluations, site assessments, and inspections.

• Travel to properties, suppliers, and consultants as necessary.

• Ensure that project deliverables are finalized and any outstanding issues are addressed.
