This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Acts as the primary liaison for designated account(s)

• Develops process documentation that aligns with workplace strategies and client business requirements

• Implements client workplace model standards and proposes enhancements to workplace design

• Generates test fits and recommends workplace enhancements based on client business needs

• Prepares proposals aimed at optimizing space efficiencies in accordance with corporate real estate objectives

• Collaborates with Real Estate Portfolio Strategists, Project Managers, Occupancy Planners, Move Managers, and other members of the CRE team

• Engages with clients to explore workplace options, finalize project concepts, and prepare final documents for endorsement

• Compiles data analytics and space solutions into a presentation format for client delivery

• Evaluates and verifies that preliminary space plans and design concepts are safe, functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with public health, safety, and relevant code requirements

• Establishes and maintains well-organized project file systems

• Oversees MAC (Moves, Adds, and Changes) processes

• Provides updates on project implementation during and after completion

• Selects colors, materials, and finishes to convey concepts and satisfy client needs

• Establishes specifications for furniture, fixtures, equipment, and millwork, including layout drawings and detailed product descriptions for procurement and installation

• Maintains CAFM data that supports space allocation plans

• Trains and develops design talent for the assigned account(s)

• Designs new space layouts and recommends workplace enhancements based on client business requirements and working methodologies


⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution (NCIDQ certification is a plus)

• 5-8 years of professional experience in two or more of the following areas: interior design, architecture, space planning, or a comparable combination of education and experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)

• Expertise in AutoCAD is required (REVIT knowledge is a plus)

• Proficient in or willing to learn client-specific CAFM software (e.g., Serraview, Manhattan, Center Stone, Planon, Archibus, etc.)

• Experienced in programming and space planning for a variety of space sizes

• Capable of reading and reviewing construction documents

• Understands standards and guidelines related to programming codes, procedures, documentation, and project systems organization

• Demonstrates excellent organizational and documentation skills

• Proactively identifies, quantifies, and resolves issues in an efficient and constructive manner

• Consistently meets deadlines and fulfills assigned tasks as specified

• Interprets instructions provided in written, verbal, diagrammatic, or scheduling formats

• Exhibits excellent oral, written, and presentation abilities

• Possesses strong customer service and interpersonal relationship skills

• Capable of mastering new graphic software to enhance the presentation of innovative designs

• Familiar with various office furniture systems

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to formulate conclusions and recommendations

• Proficient in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design

• Experienced in managing projects of varying scopes and complexities

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team

• Skilled in building robust relationships with both internal and external partners

• Meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance

• Competent in directing multiple concurrent projects with clear directives

• Self-motivated, capable of determining next steps and anticipating future needs

• Familiar with corporate real estate and its application in design

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
