Project Delivery Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Carry out customer implementation projects as per delivery schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards in alignment with the Project Delivery Specialist.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Medical Operations, and customer stakeholders to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.

• Assist in technical implementation tasks, including the coordination of integrations with electronic health record systems.

• Set up documentation templates and workflows in collaboration with customers and Medical Operations for each clinical environment.

• Organize and facilitate user training sessions prior to go-live.

• Mentor users throughout the implementation process to promote the adoption of new workflows and product utilization.

• Act as the primary customer liaison during implementation, ensuring consistent communication and structured follow-ups.

• Monitor progress, detect risks or delays, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Enhance internal delivery procedures and playbooks as the company expands across municipalities in Sweden.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in management consulting, project management, or a comparable structured, client-facing position.

• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proven ability to work within timelines and meet deliverables.

• Prior experience in supporting implementation or transformation initiatives, preferably involving technology or digital tools.

• Proficient in structuring problems, tracking progress, and clearly communicating with various stakeholders.

• Comfortable in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust with stakeholders.

• Interest in healthcare, public sector, or technology-driven transformation; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in Norwegian.

• Strong command of English communication skills.
