Project Coordinator/Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor Scrum teams to foster self-organization and the successful attainment of sprint objectives

• Demonstrate the value generated by the teams and the role of the Scrum Master

• Enhance team-level performance and the overall process in collaboration with the Product Owner, business, and other development/QA teams

• Tailor the approach pragmatically rather than strictly adhering to Scrum guidelines

• Oversee the daily operations of the team, shifting between the roles of coach, Scrum Master, and problem-solver

• Facilitate effective communication and Scrum team ceremonies

• Advocate for solutions, drive transformation, and conduct root cause analysis

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Agile methodologies

• Recognize that "Scrum Master" is simply a title, with a willingness to function as a hands-on coordinator who adapts as needed

• Demonstrated ability to convey and showcase the value provided by development teams and the Scrum Master position

• Proven experience in facilitating improvements across broader processes involving the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and other development and QA teams

• Capacity to think independently and pragmatically, rather than rigidly adhering to the Scrum Guide

• Practical experience engaging with CTOs, Heads of Development, and Team Leaders

• Background in presenting and advocating for solutions, driving change, and conducting root cause analysis

• Ability to decline requests and maintain manageable workloads

• Knowledge in product development
