• Mastering Client Interactions: By consistently monitoring project updates and facilitating communication between crews and management, you will ensure clients always feel informed and appreciated.

• Enhancing Financial Stability: Your attention to detail in assisting with client invoicing will help maintain a steady cash flow and ensure project finances are well-organized.

• Championing Efficiency: By utilizing tools such as ChatGPT for AI-assisted estimate generation, you will proactively recommend operational enhancements to save time and increase productivity across the organization.

• The Bilingual Connector: You are fully fluent in both Spanish (a must) and English, enabling you to effectively engage with both field crews and executives.
