Project Coordinator / Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor Scrum teams to empower them to self-organize and meet sprint objectives.

• Demonstrate the value generated by the teams and the significance of the Scrum Master role.

• Enhance team-level performance and the overall process in collaboration with the Product Owner, business units, and other development/QA teams.

• Adjust the methodology in a pragmatic manner instead of adhering strictly to Scrum.

• Oversee the daily activities of the team, transitioning between the roles of coach, Scrum Master, and problem-solver.

• Facilitate communication and Scrum team ceremonies effectively.

• Collaborate with Polish and British developers, testers, DevOps engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters.

• Assist in the development, automation, and DevOps tasks related to document management software for clinical research.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience working in an Agile environment.

• Recognize that "Scrum Master" is merely a title, with a willingness to function as a proactive work coordinator who can adapt to various challenges.

• Proven ability to illustrate and communicate the value produced by both development teams and the Scrum Master role itself.

• Experience in facilitating improvements that extend beyond a single team, involving the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and other development and QA teams.

• Capacity to think independently and pragmatically rather than strictly adhering to the Scrum Guide.

• Practical experience engaging with CTOs, Heads of Development, and Team Leaders—presenting and advocating for solutions, fostering change, and conducting root cause analysis.

• Ability to manage expectations and maintain control over workloads.

• Knowledge of product development.

• Strong people management abilities.

• Technical expertise.

• Agile Certification from Scrum.org.
