This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate various aspects of data center projects from inception to completion.

• Manage implementation processes that include asset management, resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, documentation, training, and ensuring timely delivery within budgetary limits.

• Supervise the management of assets and materials across data centers and warehouses.

• Collect and maintain comprehensive project requirement lists.

• Deliver weekly project updates, including status on action items.

• Schedule and coordinate project reviews, ensuring follow-up on assigned actions.

• Accurately communicate the status of projects to the project team.

• Maintain and oversee project plans, timelines, work hours, and expenses.

• Assist in identifying project challenges, delegating or escalating solutions to the appropriate team member or client manager.

• Organize, participate in, and attend stakeholder meetings.

• Document and follow up on critical actions and decisions made during meetings.

• Collaborate with regional teams handling project resources and ticket resolutions.

• Monitor the ticketing system daily, reassigning tickets as necessary.

• Generate regular reports.

• Identify trends or recurring issues and escalate them to management.

• Assist in identifying and defining opportunities for process improvements.

• Stay updated on current processes and procedures.

• Support SDMs/Project Managers with analytical requirements, critical metrics, KPIs, and actionable insights.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, along with 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Ability to foster productive working relationships both internally and externally.

• Exercise judgment within established procedures and practices to determine suitable actions.

• Willingness to occasionally modify work hours to collaborate with regional colleagues.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

• Prior experience with ticketing systems and/or project management systems.

• Understanding of or previous experience in a technology-driven environment.

• Proactive mindset and reliability.

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Capacity to work effectively within a team and independently.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to uphold confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor.

• Preferred: Familiarity with various project management methodologies.

• Preferred: Possession of various certifications (PMP, etc.).
