Project Coordinator I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Provide administrative and coordination support for site activation efforts and site-level deliverables throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.

• Review and authorize essential clinical trial and regulatory documents.

• Set site activation timelines and coordinate activities to achieve activation objectives.

• Communicate with clinical sites and study teams during the initiation phase.

• Collaborate with functional departments to ensure alignment with site activation goals.

• Escalate any risks related to the site activation schedule to the Project Manager.

• Collect, review, file, and distribute critical site documents.

• Maintain the electronic Trial Master File and study files.

• Coordinate internal project-specific training and documentation reconciliation.

• Assist with study documents, study plans, local ethics submissions, system access, Investigator’s Study Files, and Investigators’ Meetings.

• Maintain project timelines, enrollment tracking tools, study material inventory, and ADI logs.

• Prepare and send study supplies to clinical sites when necessary.

• Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), manage site correspondence, oversee investigator and vendor payment reconciliation, project tracking, and status reporting.

• Support Health Authority inspections, pre-inspection activities, audit preparation, and CAPA preparation.

• May undertake project management responsibilities for designated trials.

• Participate in administrative tasks necessary to achieve project and team objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to clinical research or equivalent experience.

• Specialized graduate diploma in drug development is a plus.

• Experience in clinical research within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or CRO industry is an advantage.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to prioritize various assignments and work under pressure.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to meet deadlines.

• Quick learner, adaptable, and versatile.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• Must be legally authorized to work in Argentina.
