This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
β’ Lead the implementation of small-scale projects within the designated territory of the US South.
β’ Ensure that all associated activities are carried out in compliance with established procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and objectives.
β’ Establish and utilize fundamental project scheduling techniques to proactively address scheduling risks.
β’ Oversee more than 100 smaller-scale projects, generally ranging from $5K to $15K.
β’ Direct the project team assigned to each project.
β’ Monitor and manage project progress, optimize resource use, and oversee project financials.
β’ Identify, assess, quantify, and mitigate project risks; ensure that opportunities are recognized and pursued.
β’ Facilitate formal project acceptance, contract closure, and customer acknowledgment as per the contract terms.
β’ Report directly to the Service Manager.
β’ Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering) or a relevant equivalent experience.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, project management, technical sales, or a related field.
β’ Project Management experience in the electrical industry is preferred.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.
β’ Candidates must possess existing work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the US.
β’ Proficient in English communication skills.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively throughout the day while maintaining a highly organized and productive approach.
β’ Experience with SAP is an advantage.
