This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assists in various learning and knowledge exchange initiatives that promote peer-to-peer learning and facilitate system transformation.
• Ensures that activities are clearly defined, adequately supported, and that progress is monitored to meet established deadlines.
• Aids in both internal and external communications, manages online platforms for resource sharing, develops meeting agendas, and prepares meeting reports and summaries.
• Organizes and maintains a centralized repository to monitor emerging topics, opportunities, and identified priorities for future planning.
• Collaborates with internal teams to ensure project alignment and effective communication of progress.
• A university degree and/or recognized professional certification in a relevant field, along with up to four years of related and progressive experience; or an equivalent level of relevant work experience in lieu of post-secondary education.
• Familiarity with BC’s health care system and experience working with family physicians would be advantageous.
• Specialized knowledge in a technical or professional area, preferably within the health, not-for-profit, adult education, government, or business sectors, with the ability to apply technical/professional concepts and applications to tasks or activities.
• Skilled in managing multiple concurrent tasks and projects, while coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and efficient with exceptional attention to detail, especially in relation to internal and external communications.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the team and department in a professional manner.
• Demonstrated capability to address a wide range of issues and navigate ambiguity and conflicting demands.
• Proficient writing skills and a proven ability to create clear and concise communications.
• Demonstrated expertise in PC-based software, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
