This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of compliance, cybersecurity, and information security projects across various work streams.
• Manage and synchronize contributions from cross-functional teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, evaluating performance, and promoting team member growth.
• Supervise transitions between teams, manage escalation processes, and handle dependency management.
• Direct resource allocation, ensure adequate staffing coverage, and prioritize tasks while adhering to budget constraints.
• Establish delivery routines that encompass weekly planning, progress tracking, risk management, and operational assessments.
• Lead the resolution of delivery obstacles and operational challenges through the use of data, established policies, and inter-team collaboration.
• Enhance and optimize delivery processes, onboarding procedures, cross-training initiatives, and tooling solutions.
• Direct a dedicated support function for production and infrastructure.
• Standardize operational runbooks, set clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and implement focused tooling improvements.
• Strengthen 24/7 on-call support and ensure consistent, audit-compliant outcomes.
• Develop and refine operational controls and structured delivery processes to enhance reliability, minimize risk, and foster scalable team performance.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline — or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in support engineering, technical operations, production support, systems engineering, site reliability engineering, or a similar domain is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience in a role focused on coordination, leadership in delivery, or people management is required.
• Previous experience in identifying and formulating solutions for delivery impediments and operational challenges is necessary.
• Experience in a large enterprise-level IT operations environment is preferred.
• Proven track record in driving reliability, mitigating risks, and establishing a scalable foundation to meet long-term team performance and business needs.
• Ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in leading a dedicated production and infrastructure support function.
• Capability to enhance delivery processes, onboarding, cross-training, and tooling to boost throughput, minimize risk exposure, and ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong time management and team collaboration abilities to effectively engage with business leaders.
• Preferred certifications include IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL), Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), Reliability Engineering, and Agile / Project Delivery (e.g., PMP, SAFe, CSM).
