This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create technical scopes of work for repair and modification Service Orders pertaining to Department of Defense fuel facilities within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers RMMR program.
• Formulate scopes in accordance with UFC 3-460-01, API Standard 650, and relevant UFGS.
• Evaluate repair specifications for purchased or fabricated equipment and components to ensure compliance with contractual and material specifications.
• Generate cost estimates for Service Orders, logistics timelines, and construction schedules.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure project package requirements are met.
• Coordinate field execution activities with RMMR Project Managers, USACE Project Managers, USACE engineers, and facility-level Quality Assurance Evaluators.
• Process project packages within established timelines.
• Invoice work completed and review subcontractor submissions and invoices for accuracy.
• Oversee project close-out, confirming work completion, fulfillment of administrative closure requirements, and accuracy of invoice numbers.
• Confirm and utilize GSA schedules to ensure contract compliance.
• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive project schedules.
• Participate in project team and update meetings, ensuring accurate tracking of service-order statuses.
• Facilitate coordination among clients, contractors, site personnel, and the project team.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• A minimum of four years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related technical field.
• An Associate’s degree or certification in a technical, engineering, scientific field, or a comparable discipline, along with five years of relevant experience.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including federal background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
• Adherence to the company’s drug and alcohol policy.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or achieve authorization by the start date of the selected candidate.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Database, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Capability to utilize or learn software programs such as QuickBase, eMaint, MaintainX, Timberland, and others that manage information and schedules.
• Competence in mathematical concepts, including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles related to invoicing and revenue.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to dynamic situations.
• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• A current, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to obtain basic security clearances if necessary for access to federal installations or secure facilities.
• Preferred: Experience with USACE projects.
• Preferred: Background in the DoD/civilian fuels or construction sector.
• Preferred: Experience in project estimating for fuel systems.
• Occasional travel to domestic locations.
