This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the comprehensive franchisee integration and store build-out lifecycle spanning a 9–12-month project timeline.

• Oversee design activities to ensure layout plans are in accordance with brand standards and local legal requirements.

• Collaborate with C&W to assess construction progress, confirm timelines, and monitor milestones.

• Assist in the procurement, delivery, and installation of fixtures, equipment, signage, and technology components.

• Supervise pre-opening readiness tasks including franchisee training, initial inventory, and operational setup.

• Coordinate franchisee onboarding timelines and manage deliverables across Sales, Training, Technology, and Compliance departments.

• Monitor franchisee progress using internal project management tools and checkpoints.

• Act as a primary contact for franchisees, internal teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Design & Construction, Operations, Compliance, Training, and IT teams.

• Maintain project trackers, milestones, deadlines, deliverables, statuses, ownership, and risk logs.

• Manage document version control and ensure accessibility of project artifacts.

• Create dashboards and reports on project health and progress for leadership review.

• Lead project check-ins, stakeholder meetings, and milestone evaluations.

• Provide updates on project status, risks, and forthcoming steps.

• Identify, escalate, and address project risks and challenges.

• Obtain departmental approvals prior to center opening.

• Coordinate the transition from build-out to Retail Operations.

• Assist with planning and executing grand openings or re-openings.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, construction coordination, or project administration.

• Experience in supporting franchise development initiatives, franchise operations, and multi-unit expansion projects.

• Familiarity with project coordination principles, workflows, and industry best practices.

• Capability to handle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.

• Proficient in coordinating schedules, meetings, and project activities across cross-functional teams.

• Knowledgeable in project documentation, including schedules and reports.

• Proficient with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar applications.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Competent in tracking project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risks, with the ability to escalate issues as necessary.

• Detail-oriented and accurate in maintaining project records and documentation.

• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and construction-related project requirements.

• Understanding of franchise or multi-unit development processes, compliance, and brand standards.

• Basic knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and project cost tracking.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Willingness and ability to travel to NC, SC, and GA for center visits.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S.
