This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
• Oversee the activities of research teams, community partners, and external vendors.
• Organize meetings and facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
• Monitor tasks and keep records to track progress towards project objectives.
• Conduct qualitative interviews in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with patient outreach and navigation efforts.
• Aid in data collection, management, coding, and dissemination processes.
• Supervise the activities of the data management team.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and refine project plans, systems, and protocols.
• Maintain project systems throughout the entire lifecycle of projects.
• Create, schedule, coordinate, and prioritize project work plans.
• Act as the primary contact and represent projects in committees and meetings.
• Analyze data and trends, compile progress reports, and offer recommendations or conclusions.
• Develop, enhance, and sustain operational standards and systems.
• Establish, monitor, coordinate, and manage project budgets in relation to actual expenditures and budget reporting.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience in coordinating activities, meetings, events, or projects that involve multiple parties and competing priorities.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across various groups.
• Must work remotely from a non-campus location.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must successfully pass an initial caregiver check under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years thereafter.
• Employment is contingent upon passing a Pre-hire Driver Authorization Check.
• Continuous eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Preferred proficiency with data management, reporting, survey administration, or analysis tools, including documentation, project metrics, and compliance-related activities.
